The Kusanagi

Alrighty then. This's Toshihiro's sword. From what I can recall of my Japanese fokelore (which is dubious at best, mind you) the Kusanagi was a katana of great power handed down to the Emperors of Japan by the god Susano O (that's probably spelled incorrectly).

So anyhow for you D&D nuts, here are it's stats;
+4 katana (katanas do 1d10 damage one handed and 2d6 two-handed)
It can unleash a gust of wind that does 1/2 of the swords initial damage if the user Kyaiis (a kyaii is a samurai battle cry btw)
It can cast one wind spell per day. the spell level cannot be higher than the character could cast himself as based on his/her intelligence score.
